- -Frozen potato fries were stored with no covering or protective barrier on the service cart shelf that was blocking one side of the handwashing sink. -Sausages on a bake tray were left to cool on the prep sink beside the ice machine at the back kitchen. The sausages were near a glue trap (in proximity) placed behind the ice machine where a live cockroach was observed stuck on the glue trap.REQUIRED ACTION: Relocate food away from sinks as grey water can potentially splash into food, secondly do not cool food in areas where pest activity had been previously observed and/or actively monitored.
