      • 1. Sanitizer solution measured 25 ppm. Solution discarded at the time of inspection, PHI made new solution with staff Abbey and tested new solution to ensure that it was at 100 ppm.Please ensure to change solution regularly and test daily to ensure sanitizing concentration is achieved.2. Sanitizer test strips (bleach) observed expired September 1, 2024. Please discard and replace.

      • Rags observed on the counter and hanging at the sink. Please keep cloths that are in use in sanitizer solution, this can be used in conjunction with spray bottles.
