      • No prepared sanitizer solution available at the time of inspection. Maintain a sanitizer solution (e.g., chlorine) on hand at all times for frequent sanitation of food‑contact surfaces.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The protective plastic film on the surfaces near on and the door of the walk-in cooler are still in place. - Please remove in order to be able to clean and sanitize properly.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Pizza pans are not being cleaned and sanitized properly. Operator noted seasoned pizza pans cannot be cleaned and sanitized. - Advised operator that all utensils and equipment that come into direct contact with food must be washed, rinsed and sanitized after each use.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Cleaning required in the following areas:- under shelving unit- cutting board - clean and maintain in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.

      • 1. The sanitizers spray bottles did not detect any sanitizers with both the chlorine and quats test strips.2. Used cleaning cloths were kept on the counter.Sanitizer bottles and sanitizer buckets were promptly prepared with 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer, and the cleaning cloths were replaced with clean ones.Wiping cloths must either be single use disposable or stored in a sanitizing solution when not in use.

      • Non-food related items such as can drink, car keys and phones were stored on food prep counter.The items were promptly removed, and the counter was cleaned and sanitized.Articles not associated with food must be stored in a separate area.
