      • ***Operator was instructed to monitor for pests and keep a monthly pest control tracking record. She had the sheets printed out but not completed. Ensure they are completed monthly. Education provided
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • ***There was no FHP posted. Sent a copy of the current FHP that was printed out during the inspection. Seh plans on putting in the frame.

    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • 1. The sanitizer bottle was not labelled when found during the inspection. The operator labelled after being asked. 2. The chlorine sanitizer present in the bottle was measured to be too strong as it caused a deep purple color and speckling on the test strip upon contact. The operator remade the solution to the proper concentration.

      • Operator did not have a current pest control record for the month. Operator was instructed to monitor for pests and keep a monthly pest control log
