      • Scoop is not provided to the pool. Operator is advised to provide a scoop to the pool.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • A water pipe in the mechanical room is observed leaking and corroding water pipes under it. Operator is advised to repair the water leak.
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • The submitted plans revealed the following issues/missing information:1) The sumps for the submerged suction outlets are not compatible with the manufacturer’s requirements for the covers.2) Covers were not installed as per the manufacturer’s specifications.An email was sent to the operator (see notes) to advise if the above issues have been corrected.
