      • The sink in the Protostars' diapering room is leaking. There is a steady flow of water from the tap.

      • The portable sinks that were in use previously have been replaced. It appears that the sinks that were installed are not capable of hot water.AHS recommends that sinks in required locations (such as diapering) be plumbed for hot and cold running water and drains to a sewage system.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • There is a lack of organization in various areas of the facility. Specifically, in the washroom of the room near the entrance many items are stored that do not have adequate separation to protect from contamination.
