      • Signage was still in place indicating that the pool area was closed, but some of the barriers (caution tape, chains) at each entrance to the pool area had been removed.Please replace the barriers and ensure access to the pool area is restricted.
    • 05. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit?
      • A valid pool permit was not on display.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • The skimmer cover for the hot tub has several cracks. Please replace the cover to reduce slip/fall risk. There is debris on the pool deck that needs to be cleaned up.

      • A floor drain has backed up on the pool deck. A large pool of water was present in front of Room 134.Operator informed the inspector that they have tried clearing the plugged drain. Please ensure access to the area is restricted and the issue is repaired as quickly as possible, as the puddle presents a slipping hazard, and the wastewater presents a biological risk.
