- Comments Routine inspection conducted today. Hand sinks at front supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towel. Quat sanitizer in spray at 100 ppm. Low temperature dishwasher at 100 ppm chlorine. Glass washer at bat at 50 ppm chlorine. Fridges at =4°C. Freezers at =-18°C. Temperature logs on-site, continue to record / monitor daily. No signs of pests within the main kitchen areas. Premises is overall well maintained and clean.

- continue cleaning all signs on shelving with non-food produce storage. Comments Follow-up inspection conducted today for complaint. Signs of pest have been removed in back storage areas. Gap have been seated by the pest control company. Grease and dirt debris build up has been deep cleaned to reduce / remove food sources for pests. Significant improvements noted. Continue to keep up with routine cleaning schedule. New shelving on order for walk-in cooler and buckets have been raised off the ground. All gaps well sealed and cleaned behind the ice machine - corrected.

- Thorough cleaning and sanitation required to remove all sings of pests, to seal any gap along wall, between shelving, and under doors. Pest control service is in place and reports are to be sent by email to review frequency. Any tin or cans in contact in dry storage must be disinfected with chlorine before re-use.
