Comments Initial inspection conducted due to recent facility ownership change. - All coolers were at or below 4°celsius and all freezers were below -18°celsius. - Sandwiches display cooler was recently replaced as the previous one broke down. - Temperature log well maintained for all refrigeration units temperature. - Sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200 parts per million and satisfactory. - Back storage area is more organized and the 3-compartments sink was not blocked for use. - General sanitation and facility organization satisfactory. No signs of pest infestation observed. - All hand wash sinks fully supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and paper towels. -Mop sink available in the back storage area. **Health Approval Granted.
