      • No soap at handwash station sink. Owner indicated he will have soap delivered right away and will send a picture when it arrives.

      • Front door was kept open to cool down the restaurant. It was discussed with the owner that this provides an entry point for pests into the facility. Door must be closed unless a screen door is installed. Front door was closed at the time of inspection.
