      • Quat sanitizer in the buckets was at inadequate concentrations. Ensure sanitizer is tested at 200-400ppm daily and changed regularly.

      • The sandwich display cooler was measured at 10C which was similar to the internal thermometer reading. Temperature was not reduced by the end of inspection; no temperature records were provided. Staff members moved sandwiches to another functional cooler.Ensure cooler is not used for high-risk food until it can maintain temperature below 4C/40F.
