      • Flats of raw shelled eggs were stored on shelf inside refrigerator above vegetables. Corrected onsite. Ensure all raw meats, eggs and seafood are stored on bottom shelves below any ready to eat foods to prevent contamination.

      • 1.Handsink in kitchen was blocked, a strainer and kitchen tool was found in the basin. Corrected onsite. Please ensure staff only use the handsink for handwashing only. 2. Paper towels for handwashing are stored loosely in an open container on the counter. Provide a suitable dispenser for storing paper towels for handwashing purposes.
