      • The ventilation vents in the ceiling in the boy's and men's changerooms are filled with dust. Please ensure these vents are cleaned to maintain safe air quality. Please send photos via email to confirm once done.

      • Sodium bicarb bags were stored on top of bins and the powder was spilled all over the floor. Ensure staff are storing open bags of chemicals in designated bins
