      • In the bakery, the nozzle for the water meter was hanging from the basin of the hand wash sink.The nozzle of the water meter must be protected from contamination. Hanging it from the basin of the hand wash sink put the nozzle at risk of contamination.

      • ***Update - June 17, 2025: Contractors were onsite to repair the wall***A section of drywall to the north of the bakery display cooler was constructed of unfinished drywall. The drywall had food splatter on it.Unfinished drywall is not a cleanable surface. Ensure that all wall surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent to moisture, easy to clean, and constructed of materials intended for the purpose.
