    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • There was no food contact surface sanitizer prepared in the kitchen. There was a spray bottle of pre made cleaner that staff stated was being used as food contact surface sanitizer. Two bottles of quat based food contact surface sanitizer were present in the bar. One of those bottles was brought back into the kitchen during inspection. Ensure that food contact surface sanitizer is prepared and readily available for use in each food handling area at all times.
