      • Soap was not provided in the showers in the mens and ladies change rooms.-Please install soap in dispensers in the showers.

The required manual testing (including manual testing for free chlorine, combined chlorine, and pH) and daily checks of main drain covers and water clarity were not being done on weekends.-Please train weekend managers to do the manual testing and recording of parameters on the log sheets.2. A daily check of the drain covers was not being recorded.-Please add to the daily record sheet.
