      • - Written safety plans not available for the following:1. Water Quality Incident Response Plan must indicate responses when standards for -> microbiology, ORP, FAC, and pH are not met.-> blood/chemical/food fouls the water-> fecal/vomitus contamination of the water2. General Sanitation Plan which indicates all chemicals used for cleaning and disinfection & schedule for cleaning and disinfection of walls/floors/decks, equipment used by patrons.

      • The chlorine container in the mechanical room was not labelled and the acid container only had pH written in small letters.-Please clearly label the chlorine and acid containers with contents.
    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Soap was not provided in the showers in the mens and ladies change rooms.-Please install soap in dispensers in the showers.
    • 10. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • 1. The required manual testing (including manual testing for free chlorine, combined chlorine, and pH) and daily checks of main drain covers and water clarity were not being done on weekends.-Please train weekend managers to do the manual testing and recording of parameters on the log sheets.2. A daily check of the drain covers was not being recorded.-Please add to the daily record sheet.
