- - Gaps were noted below the back door and the door leading to the basement.*Please ensure to seal these gaps or install weather stripping to prevent pest entry. Additionally, pest traps should be placed in the basement storage area to enhance pest control measures.

- No hand soap dispenser installed at the front and back of the hand washing sink. Additionally, one of the washrooms has no soap in the hand soap dispenser.*Ensure that all handwashing stations, including those located in washrooms, are equipped with soap and paper towel dispensers. These dispensers must be stocked with soap and paper towels at all times to support proper hand hygiene practices.
