    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • 1. Combs and brushes were not fully submerged in barbercide. Barbercide solution was remade while onsite and filled to cover all equipment fully.2. The facility did not have a disinfectant available for disinfection of electric clippers during the inspection. An hour after the inspection, the operator submitted a photo of appropriate, newly purchased disinfectant (WAHL Spray On Disinfectant).
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Please ensure barbercide is made according to manufacturer's instructions. Please obtain a measuring cup to accurately measure barbercide to water ratio.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • One of the black chairs was split and foam was showing. This chair can no longer be properly cleaned and sanitized between clients. Please ensure chair is repaired or replaced.
