      • Operator ordered online a probe thermometer during inspection. Please ensure thermometer is used onsite for checking internal food temperatures for cold storage and cooking.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Operator ordered test strips online during inspection. Please ensure daily checks for quat sanitizer concentration.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Back area:-The painted wall surfaces behind the 3 comp sink has a hole and wall treatment should be added to make surface more durable and waterproof as it is subject to water from the spray arm. -The floor-wall edges below the 3 comp sink has loose rubber baseboards and/or missing baseboard. Ensure floor-wall edges have baseboards for ease of cleaning.
