      • Walkin cooler- observed some containers of food stored at floor level. Ensure all containers of food are stored off the floor at least 6 inch clearance provided.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?

      • 1. Handsink was partially blocked with metal table. Ensure table does not block access. 2. Handsink was used for straining food, a strainer was stored inside the basin. Corrected onsite. Ensure the handsink is used solely for handwashing only

      • Light cover missing for ceiling light ballasts in kitchen Ensure lights ballast are covered to protect from light tubes from damage

      • Some debris in hard to reach areas below bar (under equipment) and by dishwasher. Please clean the areas frequently as part of your regular cleaning schedule.
