- No sanitizer was available during the inspection. A sanitizer solution must be available at all times to ensure food contact surfaces are adequately sanitized to remove contamination. The operator filled two buckets of quats sanitizer during the inspection.

- There were money and a personal phone stored on the sandwich prep table where food was being prepared.Money and personal items must not be stored around food handling areas as this increases the risk of contamination. Place personal items and money in a designated area for staff items. The operator removed the phone and money at the time of the inspection.

- The exterior of the bulk container for the rice was soiled with grime and buildup of food debris and the container itself is cracked. Bulk containers should be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner and in good repair to ensure proper cleaning and to prevent physical contamination of the food.Replace the bulk containers.

Thoroughly clean the indicated areas.2. There was dust accumulated on the ceiling tiles above the grill area. Ceilings must be regularly cleaned to remove dust and debris and to protect food from contamination. Please clean.
