- Yes (corrected during inspection) - the Food Handling Permit is current (expiry date of March 31, 2027) and is to be continually posted alongside the city business license at the front sales counter area, visible to the public. Note that the expired version was posted.

- Yes (corrected during inspection) - note that the running water in the dipper well was 'switched off' and must be in use and 'running' (i.e. in operation) while ice cream scoops/dippers are being stored in the dipper well (and expected to be used during a customer order of ice cream). Note: this was corrected at time of inspection, and staff reminded to ensure there is a continuous stream/flow of running water at the dipper wells while in use.

- No - the current Food Handling Permit (FHP) was not posted (expiry date of March 31, 2025). The operator was advised to ensure the updated FHP was posted in a conspicuous location at the front sales counter area, visible to the public.

- No - there was disrepair of the piping under the 3-compartment sinks, with water leaking under pipes when in use. Repairs required to ensure solid piping connection to sanitary sewer with no leaking (repair work in progress).
