- *Repeat Violations*Both paper towel dispensers did not have paper towel inside them; paper towel was placed on top. - Please ensure paper towels are put into the dispensers.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- 1) Some fruit flies were noted in the cafe area. - Please consult with pest control company regarding the flies, remove any standing water and clean any food debris that could be attracting them.2) Some mouse droppings observed behind the stand-up fridge in the storage area. - Please clean the mouse droppings, consult with pest control company.
