F2.1B(2): The thermometer in the prep table cooler has a separated column. Corrective Action: Discard the damaged thermometer. Obtain a new NSF-certified refrigerator thermometer for the unit.

Change the cloths and solution every 2 hours or when tested below the required concentration. Dry cloths may be used if maintained in a dry, sanitary condition and replaced hourly.
