Weather stripping on the bay door was in disrepair, leaving visible gaps at the bottom of the door.- Please replace/install weather stripping to eliminate the gaps.*Updated 02/25/2025*No visible gaps noted underneath the bay door.

- 1. Interior side panel of the walk-in cooler door was damaged and broken off, leaving an exposed gap. Door panel was partially replaced.- Please repair/replace all damaged panels.2. Peeling and flaking paint was observed on the wall behind the shelving unit of the walk-in cooler.- Repair/repaint the affected areas.3. Dust and debris was noted in the gaps found in the walls of the walk-in cooler.- Please clean the area and seal the gaps.

- Wet and dirty washcloths were stored on food prep tables in the kitchen. - Operator was instructed to store washcloths in sanitizer solution at all times.
- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- Operator was not able to demonstrate proper use of the 3-compartment sink for dishwashing purposes.- Operator was informed on how to properly use the 3-comp sink for dishwashing:1) Sink 1 - wash with soap 2) Sink 2 - rinse with warm water.2) Sink 3 - sanitize with 100ppm bleach sanitizer and then air dry.
