      • The exhaust system is due for cleaning. An appointment was scheduled for February 11 at the time of inspection.

      • The dishwasher and glasswasher are both in disrepair. The operator was instructed to use single use disposable cups until the dishwasher and glasswasher is repaired and fully functional.

      • The exhaust system is due for cleaning. An appointment was scheduled for February 11 at the time of inspection.Grease build up was also observed on the exhaust canopy filters. Clean the exhaust canopy filters.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The glasswasher and dishwasher was in disrepair. Repair/replace the glasswasher and dishwasher.A new dishwasher has been ordered and is expected to arrive the next day.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Lemon scented bleach was observed to be used as a sanitizer. A solution using unscented bleach was prepared and used upon request. Ensure only non scented bleach is used for sanitizer solutions.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Pest control reports are missing. Ensure pest monitoring is completed monthly and records are kept and easily accessible upon request. No pest concerns were noted at the time of inspection.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Grease build up was observed on the exhaust canopy filters. The exhaust vent hood was due for cleaning in March 2024. A service appointment was booked for June 12 during the inspection. Ensure the exhaust canopy filters are also cleaned.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Food debris build up was observed along the bottom of the stand up coolers and freezer. Clean the above mentioned area.
