      • Shelves in fridge have rusted to an extent that will compromise adequate cleaning and sanitizing. Shelves must be scraped and repainted or replaced.

    • 19(2)(a) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:     (a) a supply of potable hot and cold water at adequate pressure and volume with the appropriate facilities to store and distribute the water and to control the water temperature;
      • Bacterial water test must be taken and results submitted to a Public Health Officer.
    • 30 An operator must ensure that all food in their food establishment is obtained from a source that is subject to inspection or is food that is exempted by these regulations.
      • Food from an unapproved source is not permitted to be stored in the food establishment.
    • 82(1) No person shall operate a food establishment, unless exempted by the Administrator, without first having obtained a permit from the Administrator.
      • Food Establishment Permit has expired, renew with the department as soon as possible.
