- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- All refrigeration units had satisfactory temperatures, EXCEPT for the dairy creamer display unit was at 18 C. Staff discovered that it was not plugged in, they plugged the unit in and in less than 10 minutes was cooling down to 15 C.Please make sure that this unit is able to maintain the dairy creamers at 4 C or colder.
