      • The chlorine solution did not register a sanitizing residual. Please replace solution as needed to maintain 100 ppm chlorine (1/2 tsp of reg household bleach mixed with 1 L water).

      • The chlorine sanitizer spray bottle was improperly labelled for "Quat-Shot." Please ensure that the chemical bottles are appropriately labelled. Recommended to label spray bottle as "sanitizer" instead.

      • The 2 comp sink in the kitchen was replaced with a 1 comp sink. Currently the kitchen is equipped with a hand wash sink, a 1 comp dish/prep sink, and a commercial high temp dishwasher. Please note that based on the type and level of food handling currently involved, the 1 comp sink would need to be converted back to a 2 comp sink to meet AHS minimal sink requirements. Please ensure this is part of your kitchen renovations plan.

      • Bleach with lemon scent (not a safe food additive) was used as a food contact sanitizer. Please obtain plain bleach with no additives.
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
      • Unable to determine if the person in care and control of the kitchen was certified in a recognized food safety course. Please provide copy of food safety certificate.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • A light fixture in the kitchen was missing a cover. Please install.
