- Thermometer (Sysco brand round shaped) located in the sliding door cooler was not functioning properly. It was displaying 70C when cooler was 7C. Replace. Corrected on site: Staff replaced broken thermometer with a new functioning thermometer (Cooper brand).

- Soap for the handwashing sink was observed to be missing at the time of inspection. This was immediately corrected during inspection. It appears that the site staff was in between replacing the soap. Ensure hand washing supplies are available at all time.
