      • Observation(s): Facility had an extensive fire in the kitchen area due to a break in and vandalism . Facility is not in a condition to operate and is closed until repairs are completed. NOTE already canned items from the brewery section that were not affected can be sold to other facilities. Interior Health does not monitor nor have any jurisdiction re the brewing portion of the facility - that area of production is monitored by the LCRB.

      • Observation(s): Evidence of rodents was present - measures to address the issue were not adequate. Operator must acquire a pest control contact with a licensed pest control company.
