      • The floor tiles along the cookline are broken/damage and have gaps. Tiles must be smooth, durable and easily cleaned to prevent accumulation of dirt and harborage of pest. **Please repair the floor tiles.

      • The walk-in freezer was observed to have ice buildup on top left side of the entrance door, with ice dripping onto stored food products, and around the door. Ensure that no products are stored next to or beneath the ice and that a temporary trays be placed to collect dripping ice while waiting for repairs.**Please identify the source of ice leak and repair the freezer to prevent food quality deterioration and the potential for product contamination.

      • The wire shelving in the walk-in cooler still has a build-up of food debris and grime. Please clean and sanitize the indicated shelving.

      • A spoon was stored in the baking powder with the handle in contact with the food product. Please store bulk scoops outside of a food container and in a clean and sanitary manner.

      • A bowl was stored in the basin of the kitchen hand washing sink. The bowl was removed by staff at the time of the inspection. Please keep all hand washing sinks free from obstruction to allow for easy access to the hand sink for hand washing.

      • The facilities food permit that was posted was expired. Please print and post a copy of your valid food handling permit in a location that is visible to the public.

      • The following items had a build-up of food debris and grime and require cleaning:- The shelving in the walk-in cooler - High-touch surfaces such as cooler handles- Bulk food containers - The exterior of the rice cookers Please clean and sanitize the indicated areas.
