- VIOLATION:1. The automated controller reading for pH was 7.1, but the manual test measured 7.4.- Ensure the automated controller and/or the manual test kit are calibrated and consistent.

- VIOLATION: 1. Pool records for the following days could not be found: February 19, March 15, April 3, 7, and 10. - The pool chemistry must be tested and recorded at minimum, daily. 2. The testing tube for the manual test kit were severely stained. - Thoroughly clean or replace the test tubes to ensure the manual test kit is reading results accurately. The test kit must be maintained properly. 3. Records did not include the results of unsatisfactory microbiological analyses as provided by the health authority or the equipment issues the site was experiencing. - Ensure operating records are maintained and provide the information as described in Section 5.
