- Expired PREempt RTU wipes observed at one station.- Replace and ensure staff are checking expiry dates.
- 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
- Facility has a designated distilled water station if artists require any ink dilutions. It was observed and discussed with operator that each artist does have pre-diluted shades bought straight from the manufacturer.- Acquire sterile water as water added to any cosmetic product that is intended to be injected or punctured into the skin and sterile tissues of the body must be sterile at the point-of-use.
