     • Observation(s): The diaper changing pad had some minor tears in in, which makes it difficult to sanitize - licensee developed a plan to sanitize and cover with a new blanket between uses. Pump soap and single use hand towels are available to the children. The water temperature was near 48 degrees today - licensee opted to turn the temperature on the hot water tank down. Licensee confirmed that she changes her bleach solution on a daily basis.
