- The bleach spray bottle was observed to be unlabeled. All chemical bottles are required to be labeled to ensure appropriate use of the chemical and to prevent contamination of food. Please label the spray bottle.

- The mechanical single load dishwasher was observed to be at 61C. High temperature dish washers are required to reach a temperature of 71C when tested with a probe thermometer to ensure effective sanitization of food contact equipment. Please adjust the dishwasher temperature.
- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- No chlorine test strips were observed during inspection. Test strips are required to ensure adequate chemical concentration for effective sanitizing of all food contact surfaces. Please have chlorine test strips available during re-inspection.
