      • Operator was found to be offering homebaked cookies made in their home kitchen. Cookies were removed from the trailer. No food that is prepared in a home kitchen can be sold from a permitted mobile food unit. Only food prepared in the mobile or in an approved base of operations can be offered, provided they fall under the restrictions placed on the type of mobile.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Operator was found to be preparing sandwiches made from deli meats, fried eggs and cheese. The permit for this facility limits the food prepared to minimal food handling and a Type B mobile. Operator is advised to cease preparing sandwiches for the remainder of the permit period.
