- A report of fire was made to AHS. The following AHS document was used help to determine the scope of items that should be discarded: https://www.albertahealthservices.ca/assets/wf/eph/wf-eph-after-small-fire-food-stablishment.pdfItems in the immediate vicinity of the fire and extinguisher use should be discarded. Produce further down the hall was open and showed signs of ash or extinguisher dust. This was also targeted for disposal.
