- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) No active sanitizer detected in sanitizer containers or spray bottles. (Public Health Significance) Inadequate sanitizer solution may lead to improper sanitisation of the food contact surfaces which in turn may lead to increase in growth of pathogens and toxin production which may lead to contamination of the other foods being prepared on the same surfaces.
- Corrective Action: Change sanitizing solutions as required to always maintain an effective concentration of 0020 ppm of bleach- follow manufacturer's specifications. Operator changed the solutions and it was tested as 100 ppm of bleach.
