      • An invoice will be sent to you by our admin shortly. Follow the instructions on the invoice on how to pay. Once payment has been received, you will be e-mailed the food handling permit. Print off the permit and post it in a location that is visible to customers.

      • -There were no thermometers available.-A customer display cooler had not arrived yet. Thermometers must be available to monitor temperatures.Once the display cooler arrives, ensure that it is able to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees C or less.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • -The handwash sink was next to the hot water tower dispensing unit, which may lead to contamination from splashing during handwashing. It was indicated that a barrier could be installed to contain splashing from handwashing.
