Please ensure corrective actions are taken. Overdue since March 13, 2026Photo evidence of newly installed weatherstripping on back exit door was received on March 23, 2026. However, gaps allowing light through the weatherstripping observed thus adjustment or replacements of the weatherstripping required. Action required: Repair or replace weatherstripping immediately to prevent entry of pests into the facility. Email PHI photo evidence of corrective actions as soon as possible.
