- A valid permit was originally posted in the office, but it was not easily visible to customers.The operator moved the permit to the office glass window beside the service counter, where it is now clearly visible to patrons and students.

- Three cutting boards were set aside for repair or replacement due to deep grooves and significant wear leading to white discoloration.Please ensure these cutting boards are repaired or replaced to maintain smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable food-contact surfaces. Regular monitoring of equipment should also be conducted to ensure that cutting boards or other food-contact surfaces are repaired or replaced before they become excessively worn, as this may hinder effective cleaning and sanitizing and increase the risk of cross-contamination.
