     • Storage room fridge (stainless steel) thermometer is inaccurate. Temperature measured to be approx 7-8 C at time of site visit (despite integrated unit thermometer reading of less than 4 degrees C), adjustment required, food removal to adjacent fridge required. Unit to be monitored (with alternate, accurate thermometer) to ensure temp is maintained at less than 4 degrees C/40 degrees F at all times.Front coffee area fridge approx 6 degrees C at time of site visit, unit to be maintained at 4 C or less if potentially hazardous items stored here (i.e. creamers). Note - adjustment made during site visit.
