      • A wiping cloth was left on a food prep surface. The operator promptly removed the cloth and placed it in a sanitizer bucket.

      • Several inserts in the prep cooler, which did not have lids, measured 8-10°C. The operator promptly placed lids on all of the containers.

      • The two sanitizer buckets in the server beverage area measure <50 ppm quats. Staff promptly replace the buckets with new solution measuring 200 ppm quats.

      • Uncovered foods on the top of the prep cooler measured 8-13 degrees C. The operator got lids for all the foods.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The soap dispenser at the hand sink in the kitchen was empty. Staff got new soap to fill the container.

      • The food handling permit is not on display.
