      • Water temperature throughout the facility for all handwashing sinks measured around 27°C. Increase the temperature to 37°C-43°C to facilitate proper handwashing.

      • Several clothing pieces and personal belongings were observed to be in contact with one another in the downstairs storage area. Ensure there is adequate separation of stored items.

      • Various shelving/storage units in the rooms are worn down and not capable of being cleaned/disinfected effectively. Director said they are already planning to replace these storage units with new ones. Ensure the surfaces are smooth, non-absorbent to moisture and easily cleanable.
