      • Expired chlorine test strips were observed (July 2025). Operator was instructed to obtain valid one.

      • This violation has been carried over from the previous inspections:2026-04-07- No pest control documents were provided for review. 2024-06-04- Pest control records were not available. Monitoring traps were in place and no concerns were noted.Ensure monthly pest control records are kept.

      • Bleach sanitizer was measured to be 0ppm chlorine. A new solution was prepared immediately upon request measuring 100ppm chlorine.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • This violation has been carried over from the previous inspection:Pest control records were not available. Monitoring traps were in place and no concerns were noted.Ensure monthly pest control records are kept.

      • The posted food handling permit was expired. Ensure a valid and up-to-date food handling permit is posted in a conspicuous location.

      • Grease build up was observed on the exhaust canopy fitlers. Clean the exhaust canopy filters.

      • 1. Bowls were being used as scoops and stored inside bulk food items. Use scoops with a handle and store in a way that protects food from contamination.

      • 1. Bowls were being used as scoops and stored inside bulk food items. Use scoops with a handle and store in a way that protects food from contamination. 2. Onions were being stored in a box on the floor of the storage area. Store onions and other food items off the floor.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The handwashing sink cabinet was repaired with duct tape. Properly repair handwashing cabinet so that it is smooth, non-porous and easy to clean.
