      • Observation(s): 1) Quats sanitizer provided, ensure quats with wiping cloths are monitored and switched out as needed (< 200ppm quats in sanitizer container), staff replaced during inspection - RESOLVED. Notes - test strips provided in facility. Heat sanitizing dishwasher was 75 deg C at dish surface. Gauges appear to be functioning, chemicals/cleaners provided.
