- Observation(s): The dishwasher is currently not functioning properly as it cannot reach a temperature of 71 degrees celsius on the plate surface. Temperature observed after 3 cycles is 45 degrees celsius. Operator has been informed to use the 2 compartment sink for cleaning and sanitizing in the meantime. The dishwasher needs to be fixed as soon as possible as the 2 compartment sink is a temporary means of dishwashing. Follow-up will need to be conducted.
