      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High Temperature dishwasher did not reach final rinse of 71C at the plate surface (measured at 64C). (dishwasher was run three times to verify the temperarure)
      • Corrective Action(s): Please have the dishwasher repaired, in the meantime, the dishwasher can still be used for washing and removing debris from dirty dishes. For sanitizing, please use one of the dishwashing sinks, fill it with QUATS sanitizer and soak the dishes for at least 30 seconds.

      • Observation: 1) Raw fish stored above wakame seaweed and imitation crab in the upright single door cooler.
      • 2) Pink mould observed on the plastic curtain inside ice machine. Debris observed in top right corner inside the ice machine.
      • 3) Spam tongs observed stored in room temperature water.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Move raw foods below ready to eat/cooked foods to prevent cross contamination.
      • 2) Drain ice machine. Clean and sanitize plastic curtain and interior of ice machine. Ensure ice machine is cleaned regularly as per manufacturer's instructions.
      • 3) Store tongs in ice water. Ensure ice water is changed out every 2 hours or more often as required.
