      • Chlorine bleach sanitizing solution was stored in a spray bottle. The concentration of the solution was measured using a chlorine strip and was found to be too strong.The solution was discarded, the bottle was rinsed, and a new solution was created. The solution was verified to have a concentration of 100 ppm using a chlorine test strip.Please ensure that sanitizing solutions are maintained at the effective concentration for safe sanitizing of surfaces.

      • Chest freezer lids were in disrepair and were held together with duct tape.Please repair or replace the lids of the chest freezers and ensure that all food handling equipment is well maintained in good condition.
